Whether you are new to HCP or returning for another wonderful year, enrollment is simple and straightforward. You will provide your basic personal information, check your preferred schedule, and make your registration payment!
Enrollment Process for New Families
Enrollment for the upcoming school year is simple. In order to secure a spot in one of our age-appropriate classrooms, we just need the New Student Registration Form along with the registration fee.

Complete Registration Form
You are able to register multiple students using the same form. Simply click the link below to get started.

Download the Procare App and make your registration payment
All parents/Guardians will need access to the Procare app in order to stay connected and receive important news and as soon as you are enrolled. Your registration invoice will be sent through Procare and must be paid before your spot is secured. The registration fee for all new students is $125.
Families with 2 new students enrolled in the same year will be invoiced $125 for the first and $75 for the second.

Submit Additional Forms
There are additional enrollment forms that will be required before your child is able to attend school. Please make sure ALL forms are signed and dated before they are submitted. These enrollment forms are due by July 15 of the year your child is set to begin attending HCP. You will receive a message prompting you to complete these forms before the deadline/start of school.
Students with Allergies
If your child has an allergy that requires emergency medication to be kept on site, you will need to return the forms linked below along with the required medication before he/she is able to attend the program. *Medication will not travel back and forth, to and from school, we will need our own supply.
