Start the Enrollment Process for Your Child
Whether you are new to HCP or returning for another wonderful year, enrollment is simple and straightforward. You will provide your basic personal information, check your preferred schedule, and make your registration payment!
Enrollment Process for New Families
Enrollment for the upcoming school year is simple. In order to secure a spot in one of our age-appropriate classrooms, we just need the New Student Registration Form along with the registration fee.
Step-By-Step Process

Complete Registration Form and make your registration payment
You are able to register multiple students using the same form. Simply click the link below to get started. Once your form and fee have been process, you will receive an email letting you know that your child/children have been “admitted” to our program.

Download the Procare App and Edit your Profile
All parents/Guardians will need access to the Procare app in order to stay connected and receive important news and as soon as you are enrolled. You will be able to access your family profile on the Procare app once your child’s status has changed from “admitted” to “enrolled.” that happens at the end of the current school year. You will receive an email when your status changes to “enrolled.”

Submit Additional Forms
There are additional enrollment forms that will be required before your child is able to attend school. Please make sure ALL forms are signed and dated before they are submitted. These enrollment forms are due by July 15 of the year your child is set to begin attending HCP. You will receive a message prompting you to complete these forms before the deadline/start of school.
Students with Allergies
If your child has an allergy that requires emergency medication to be kept on site, you will need to return the forms linked below along with the required medication before he/she is able to attend the program. *Medication will not travel back and forth, to and from school, we will need our own supply.
